EndNote 2025

• Close all Microsoft Office programs.
• Go to the SDState IT Support Center.
• Log in with your SDSU credentials using the Login button at the top right corner of the page.
• Search for EndNote.

• Click on the page that comes up.
• Click on the Create Request button.
• Fill in the form (your name and email address).
• You will receive the link to get the software and the product key in your sdstate email.

Windows

• In EndNote, click on the Help menu;
• Click on "Check for Updates..."
• If there is an update, download it and follow any instructions for installing.

Mac

• In EndNote, click on the EndNote 21 menu.
• Click on "Check for Updates..."
• If there is an update, download it and follow any instructions for installing.
