- Check your guides frequently – at a minimum every 6 months for dead links and old content
- Students can check links for you but make sure they know to check that the links make sense and to let you know if they redirect users to a new link
- If you want to save an old version of a guide, change the guide name to include a –old and change the status to “private”
- You can add a "hidden" page to track your edits and updates
- You can add a box to inform patrons of the date of major revisions or updates
