Briggs Library provides access to ASTM standards for SDSU faculty, staff and students. To access an ASTM standard please follow these instructions:
- Go to the ASTM Database using the link above.
- Search for the standard by keywords or by the standard designation.
- After identifying the standard you need, click on "Download PDF" to download the standard or "View Online" to read it on your screen.
- Sign into your ASTM account if you already have one. If not click "Not enrolled? Register now" and create a free account.
- Once you have signed in, the standard will open.
Please note that each person who uses a particular standard should download the standard from the ASTM collection. Please do not share standards you have downloaded with others.
