A resource by the U.S.Census to provide quick access to data from various surveys and programs. Included in the Data is the Decennial Census, which collects data every 10 years about household income, education, and homeownership for the U.S., Puerto Rico and the Island Areas.

The Institute for Political and Social Research has over 16,000 datasets available for free. ICPSR is run by the Institute for Social Research at the University of Michigan.
