Maps at Briggs: Briggs Library Print Map Indexes

This sheet is large and in process. The states geographically around South Dakota and alphabetically after South Dakota (except Texas) have been finished. Texas is in process.

This sheet gives an alphabetical listing of the 1x2 degree maps by map name with their quadrant number (how they are filed in the drawers) and the drawer number.

This document contains images of most states with quadrants of 1 degree latitude by 2 degrees longitude shown. Quadrant lables enable finding the maps in the map drawers. Not all quadrants are owned by Briggs Library though they are shown in the maps. Alaska is not included as the maps for Alaska are filed by place name. A text index is available online and in the notebook above the map drawers in Briggs Library.
