Architecture: Articles & Journals

Finding Articles from Journals, Magazines, and Newspapers

Getting Started

To find articles about your research topic, search one of our databases.

The best databases for Architecture are the Avery Index to Architectural Periodicals and JSTOR.

Depending on your topic, many other databases may also be useful and are listed below.

Although Briggs Library has an extensive collection, you may need items that are not available at the Library. No worries! You can request those articles, books, and other materials through Interlibrary Loan.

Keep in mind that the process may take a week or more. Start your research early!
