"The patient may have an unusual condition or disease, abnormal or unusual laboratory results, or just simply be a case that interests you.
Examples of interesting topics might include patients with diseases such as various infections, cancer, chronic diseases such as emphysema or cirrhosis, unexpected antibodies or genetic disorders."
