- Click the down arrow next to "Check Accessibility"
- Click Check Accessibility
- Brings up the Accessibility Assistant and a ribbon for Accessibiltiy tools
What to look for
Accessibility checklist
- Use built-in theme
- All images, tables, charts have alt-text
- Every slide has a title
- All lists are either numbered or bulleted
- Tables have appropriate headers
- The reading order is logical
