  • If you hold down CRTL and click on Help the help guide will open in a new window or tab so your guide stays open at the same time
  • Springshare offers many videos and print guides
• Ask a member of the web team for help if you don't find anything on Springshare's site
• Search Google for help from other libraries
• Use the LibGuides community site to find examples of what you want to do - don't reinvent the wheel
